Device identifiers may include, but are not limited to, Advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, BSSID, and MAC address.

How to Request Account and Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data through the following method:

Via Email

• Send an email to kate@pierrelorren.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
• Include your account email address in the body of the email
• We will process your request and send you a confirmation email once completed

What Happens When You Request Deletion

When you request deletion of your account via email:

• Your account will be deactivated immediately
• All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete

Data Retention

Please note that:

• Some information may be retained in our backup systems for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted
• We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention. This may include device identifiers as necessary for fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
• Anonymized data that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained for analytical purposes
